Unleash the Innovative Tech Workforce of the Future

With TIPS Profile Assessment Workshops

Discover how to maximize talent by aligning skills and work styles with outcomes. The TIPS Innovation Profiles Assessment provides in-depth insight into how employees think, innovate, work, perform, where they best contribute, how to manage them, who the creative leaders are, and how to create effective teams.

Specifically designed for business AND innovation

TIPS brings remarkable insights to each member of your team. We distinguish 11 different profiles based on four TIPS base orientations (Theories, Ideas, People, Systems) and four TIPS styles (Thinking, Working, Interacting, Life), then outlining how they can best be utilized to maximize progress such as:

  • Increased Sales - Being able to identify your prospects' preferred styles makes salespeople far more effective at building rapport and delivering the information the right way.
  • Better Teamwork - Awareness of everyone's preferred styles and strengths creates greater respect among co-workers while eliminating conflict. It also helps management maximize the talent they have on staff.
  • Improve Innovation - TIPS dramatically improves the innovation process by leveraging preferred styles to innovate while emphasizing each person's role in the innovation process.

Our interactive TIPS Workshops bring these insights to life, sharing critical information on how each profile inter-relates to business, organizations, and teams.

Here are 5 key things you’ll discover:

  • How styles compare – Through a series of fun exercises employees discover how unique they all are, the challenges and opportunities that creates, and how they can apply those preferences to improve.
  • The crucial role profile types play in the business cycle  Every business goes through various cycles as they grow, requiring the talents of different types of people along the way. Here we illustrate the important contribution each makes.
  • Answer the question, “Why don't some employees get along.” – Everyone has their own preferred styles to think, work, interact and live. As a result, conflicts can occur when those styles are the direct opposite of co-workers or colleagues. Group exercises demonstrate those differences and provide understanding of how to resolve them.
  • "Authentic" roles – Every profile has a unique mindset and set of skills that give them an advantage, provided they are in the correct role. Based on preferred styles we’ll share which job functions and industries are ideally suited to each style.
  • Creating ideal innovation teams – Employees don’t have to be highly creative to play an important role in innovation. However not every employee belongs in every step.
